Shirodhara Treatment

The benefits of Shirodhara treatments are many.You will be given a short, gentle facial massage prior to Shirodhara treatment, so you will be feeling perfectly comfortable and relaxed. It is necessary only for the area from the shoulders up to be uncovered. A towel is placed over the upper body. A continuous stream of warm oil is poured over the forehead and the third eye chakra in a rhythmic movement.

Shiro Abhyanga
